Shipping and Delivery

You can track your order through the relevant courier company. The order tracking link will be shared with you in the second email.

You can contact our customer service team and ask for the related details. They will guide you through the process and inform you in case of any technical glitches.

Yes, you can go for the express delivery option. The process will however include some charges. Reach our customer support to avail of the service.

Payments & Security

We provide COD options only for selected locations. An extra cost of Rs 150 applies to the service.

Immediately abort the transaction and report to your bank, if you suspect any unlawful activity during the payment. Make sure to inform our customer care team, so we can help you ensure your security.

The inconvenience may be due to some technical issues; hence, we advise you to try again later. However, if the problem persists, please contact our customer care and they will help you complete the purchase.

Exchange and Returns

You can ask for a replacement/refund only if you have received an incorrect product or size or if there is a manufacturing defect.

You can revise or cancel your order within 48 hours of placing your order. Contact us at contactus@earthpiece.in quoting your order number in the subject line and we will help you with the process further.

ALL SALE items are FINAL. We cannot accept exchanges or returns/refunds on SALE items except incorrect products delivered, received a different size, or quality/ manufacturing defect.

Please note that items on SALE can only be exchanged and are not eligible for a refund.
